Michael Gladis (born August 30, 1977) is an American actor and filmmaker. He is primarily recognized for his recurring role as Paul Whitman, an advertising executive, on the television series Mad Men (2007–2011). Gladis has also appeared in a variety of other television series and films, including The Shield, Breaking Bad, Heroes, The Lone Ranger (2013), and the animated feature The Iron Giant (1999), in which he provided voice work.
