Michael Davies is a retired British High Court judge. He served as a Justice of the High Court, assigned to the Queen's Bench Division, from 2001 to 2014. Before his appointment to the bench, he practiced as a barrister, specializing in personal injury and clinical negligence cases. He was educated at Shrewsbury School and Corpus Christi College, Oxford. During his time as a judge, he presided over a variety of cases, contributing to the development of English common law. Since retiring from the bench, he has remained involved in legal matters, sometimes acting as an arbitrator or mediator.
