Michael C. Bonello

Michael C. Bonello (born 1945) is a Maltese economist who served as Governor of the Central Bank of Malta from 2008 to 2016. During his tenure, he represented Malta on the European Central Bank’s Governing Council and the International Monetary Fund’s Board of Governors.
