Metlika is a village in Krumovgrad Municipality, Kardzhali Province, southern Bulgaria. It is situated in the Eastern Rhodope Mountains at an elevation of approximately 370–420 meters above sea level, about 19 km southwest of Krumovgrad.

Population: As of the 2021 census, Metlika had a total population of 102 residents — 51 males and 51 females. The population is notably older, with 52 residents aged 65 years or older, 42 in the 15–64 age group, and only 8 children aged 0–14.
Geography: The village lies in the Eastern Rhodope Mountains, characterized by hilly and undulating terrain typical of the region's mid-altitude landscapes.
Note: There is also a town named Metlika in Slovenia (the second largest town in the Bela krajina region, first mentioned in 1228), which is a separate and distinct location from the Bulgarian village.
