Meirambek Ainagulov

Meirambek Ainagulov (Kazakh: Мейрамбек Айнағұлов; born 17 August 1994) is a Kazakhstani Greco-Roman wrestler. He is recognized for his achievements in international wrestling competitions, including a silver medal at the World Wrestling Championships and a gold medal at the Asian Wrestling Championships.

Career Ainagulov began his senior international career representing Kazakhstan in Greco-Roman wrestling. He gained significant prominence in 2017, a pivotal year for his career. At the 2017 Asian Wrestling Championships, held in New Delhi, India, Ainagulov demonstrated his prowess by winning the gold medal in the men's Greco-Roman 59 kg event. Later that year, he achieved further success at the 2017 World Wrestling Championships in Paris, France, where he secured a silver medal after a strong performance in the 59 kg category.

In 2018, Ainagulov continued to compete actively, earning a bronze medal at the Asian Wrestling Championships in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. For this event, he competed in the 63 kg category, having moved up a weight class. He also participated in the 2019 World Wrestling Championships held in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan. Ainagulov also sought to qualify for the 2020 Summer Olympics but was unsuccessful in securing a spot for the Games.
