Mauricio Mulder (born 30 March 1962) is a Peruvian politician and lawyer who has served in various legislative and party leadership roles, most notably as President of the Congress of the Republic of Peru from 2005 to 2006.

Mulder entered politics as a member of the American Popular Revolutionary Alliance (APRA), one of Peru’s historic political parties.
