Marvin Saúl Sánchez Vallecillo (born 2 November 1986) is a Honduran professional football midfielder who plays for Regals SCA. He was born in Puerto Cortés, Honduras.
Club Career
Sánchez began his professional career at Platense, where he played from 2005 to 2008. He moved to F.C. Motagua for the 2009 Clausura season, and later played for Hispano in 2009. In January 2010, he moved abroad to play for Salvadoran side Municipal Limeño. He returned to Honduras in mid-2010 to join Vida, and subsequently played for Atlético Choloma from 2011 to 2012. He returned to Platense in 2013.
International Career
Sánchez represented Honduras at multiple youth levels. He was part of the Honduras U-20 team that competed at the 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship in the Netherlands. He was also a member of the Honduras U-23 national team that won the 2008 CONCACAF Men's Pre-Olympic Tournament and qualified for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. He made his debut for the senior Honduras national team on 22 May 2008 in a friendly match against Belize. He scored his first international goal on 13 March 2008 against Cuba during the CONCACAF Pre-Olympic Tournament.
