Marielena Davila

Marielena Davila (born May 3, 1992) is a Venezuelan actress and singer from Caracas. She is the daughter of Venezuelan actress Chiquinquirá Delgado and actor Guillermo Dávila.

Early Life and Background

Born Marielena Elena Davila in Caracas, Venezuela, she is also known by the names Maria Elena Davila and Mary Davila-Delgado. She has been active in the entertainment industry since 2011.

Career

Acting

Davila made her acting debut in 2014 with a co-lead role in the Telemundo telenovela En otra piel, playing Jennifer Andrade, a former gang member. That same year, she landed the lead role of María Matilda Ramos Valverde in the Univision telenovela Voltea pa' que te enamores, a remake of the Venezuelan telenovela of the same name.

In 2020, she appeared as a guest star in 100 días para enamorarnos (known in English as 100 Days to Fall in Love). In 2021, she joined the main cast of La suerte de Loli (also known as Loli's Luck), playing the character Jessica.

Music

Davila released a single titled "Descubriendo el amor" in 2014, which appeared on the En otra piel soundtrack.

Film

Her film credits include short films such as The Last Event (2011), Delusion (2011), Lifeless (2012), and the documentary Audition (2015).

Personal Life

Davila is the daughter of well-known Venezuelan entertainment figures Chiquinquirá Delgado (actress and television host) and Guillermo Dávila (actor and singer). As of early 2025, she became engaged to businessman John Lowell.
