Margarita Mariscal de Gante (born 16 May 1954, Madrid, Spain) is a Spanish jurist and politician affiliated with the People's Party (Partido Popular). She is most prominently known for serving as Spain’s Minister of Justice from 1996 to 2000 in the government of Prime Minister José María Aznar.
