Definition
Marc Terenzi (born 22 May 1978) is a German–American singer, songwriter, and television personality. He is best known as a former member of the pop‑rock band Natural and for his participation in German reality‑television programs.
Overview
Born in Chicago, Illinois, to an American father and a German mother, Terenzi grew up in both the United States and Germany. In the early 2000s, he became the lead vocalist of Natural, a boy band formed in Orlando, Florida, that achieved commercial success in Germany and several other European markets with singles such as “Put Your Arms Around Me” and “Runaway.” After the group disbanded in 2004, Terenzi pursued a solo career, releasing the album Awesome (2005) and several singles that blended pop, rock, and R&B influences.
In 2005, Terenzi married German pop star Sarah Connor, a union that attracted significant media attention. The couple appeared together on the German reality series Sarah & Marc in Love (2008) and later on The Voice of Germany as coaches. Their marriage ended in 2015, after which Terenzi continued to perform, occasionally collaborating with other artists and participating in television projects.
