Manuel Cascallana Sebares (born 27 April 1928 – died 27 May 2011) was a Spanish professional footballer who played as a defender and later became a prominent football manager. He is best known for his extensive career managing various clubs across the Spanish football leagues, particularly in the Segunda División and Segunda División B.

Born in Madrid, Spain, Cascallana began his football career as a player. He was part of Real Madrid's youth system before moving on to play for several clubs, primarily in the lower divisions of Spanish football. His playing career included spells at Real Murcia, Cádiz CF, and Xerez CD, where he was known for his solid defensive capabilities.
Following his retirement as a player, Cascallana transitioned into management, embarking on a long and distinguished coaching career that spanned several decades. He managed a multitude of Spanish clubs, often taking on roles with teams in the Segunda División and Segunda División B (the second and third tiers of Spanish football).
