Malu is a former Village Development Committee (VDC) in Myagdi District, Gandaki Province, western Nepal.
During the 1991 Nepal census, Malu had a population of 2,345 people residing in 470 individual households. As part of the administrative restructuring of local bodies in Nepal, the former Malu VDC has since been incorporated into Beni Municipality.
It is located in the hilly region of Myagdi District, which is part of Gandaki Province. Like many rural areas in Nepal, the economy of the former Malu VDC would have primarily relied on agriculture and remittances.
