Madinatou Rouamba (born 1 December 2001) is a Burkinabè professional women's football defender who plays in the Turkish Women's Super League for Beylerbeyi in Istanbul. She is also a member of the Burkina Faso women's national team.

Club Career Rouamba began her senior career with her hometown club Etincelles de Ouagadougou. In August 2022, she moved to Turkey, signing a one-year contract with Istanbul-based club Fatih Karagümrük to play in the 2022–23 Women's Super League. For the 2024–25 Super League season, she transferred to Beylerbeyi. She has also played for DUX Logroño in Spain's Liga F and later joined Trabzonspor's women's football team in January 2026.
International Career Rouamba participated in the 2022 Women's Africa Cup of Nations qualification held in Morocco. She has earned 14 caps for the Burkina Faso women's national football team and scored one goal.
