Lukas Haas

Lukas Haas (born April 16 1970) is an American actor, musician, and photographer. He began his career as a child actor and has appeared in a variety of film, television, and stage productions. In addition to his acting work, Haas is a member of several musical groups and has released solo recordings. He is also an active photographer with exhibitions of his work.

Early life and education
Lukas Haas was born in West Hollywood, California, to parents who were involved in the entertainment industry. He attended the Professional Children's School in New York City, where he balanced academic studies with his early acting commitments.

Acting career

Film
Haas made his screen debut at the age of four in the television series Family Ties. His first major film role was as the young boy in the 1985 drama Witness, for which he received a Young Artist Award nomination. Subsequent notable film credits include:
