Lost You Forever (Chinese: 长相思; pinyin: Cháng Xiāng Sī) is a Chinese television series based on the fantasy novel of the same name by the author Tong Hua. The work is the second installment in Tong Hua's The Book of Mountain and Sea series.
The story is set in a fictionalized ancient world where humans, deities, and demons coexist. It centers on the character Xiao Yao, a princess of the Haotian Kingdom who loses her identity and wanders as a male doctor in a remote town. The narrative follows her complex relationships with several key figures: her cousin Prince Cang Xuan, the leader of a rebel army Xiang Liu, and the nobleman Tu Shan Jing.
