Lophopoeum bituberculatum is a species of beetle in the family Cerambycidae (longhorn beetles). It was first described by the English zoologist Adam White in 1855 under the original name Leiopus bituberculatus. The species was later reclassified into the genus Lophopoeum by the English naturalist Henry Walter Bates in 1863.

Distribution: The species is recorded from Brazil, specifically the state of Amazonas. The type locality is Ega (present-day Tefé), Amazonas, Brazil. The holotype specimen is held in the Natural History Museum, London (BMNH).
Description: The specific epithet bituberculatum (Latin: bi- meaning "two" and tuberculatum meaning "tubercled" or "bumpy") refers to the presence of two tubercles (small knob-like projections) on the body, a characteristic feature of this species. The species is distinguished from similar species such as Lophopoeum paiolai by differences in the elytral pubescent pattern, particularly on the posterior half, where L. bituberculatum has large and oblique blackish markings.
