Logan Hay

Logan Hay (April 13 1876 – March 4 1942) was an American attorney and political operative affiliated with the Republican Party. He is most noted for serving as chairman of the Republican National Committee from 1916 to 1918, a period that encompassed the 1916 presidential election.
