Lisa Bernstein

Lisa Bernstein is an American legal scholar and professor of law, known for her research in competition law, antitrust policy, and administrative law. She holds the position of James and Patricia Kowal Professor of Law at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.

Bernstein earned her Bachelor of Arts in economics from Yale University. She subsequently received her Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, where she served as an editor of the Columbia Law Review.
