Leitão & Irmão (colloquially known as Leitão House) is a Portuguese luxury jewellery and specialty design house founded in 1822. The company is headquartered at Largo do Chiado 17 in Lisbon and operates additional locations in Lisbon and Cascais.
History
The firm was established by José Pinto Leitão in Porto in 1822. In 1872 it began serving the Imperial House of Brazil, gaining recognition after praise from Emperor Pedro II. In 1887 the company relocated its principal workshop and retail premises to Lisbon, coinciding with its appointment as jeweller to the Portuguese royal family by King Luís I. Since then, Leitão & Irmão has acted as the official crown jeweller, producing pieces for the Portuguese crown, including the crown of Our Lady of Fátima, and creating works for the Imperial House of Brazil.
The business has remained family‑owned, currently managed by the sixth generation of the Leitão family. Over its two‑century history the company has expanded its product range to include luxury jewellery (especially gold and diamonds), porcelain, crystal, stationery, and accessories.

Leitão & Irmão offers custom‑made jewellery, engagement rings, cutlery, tableware, and related accessories.
