Le Brouilh-Monbert is a commune nouvelle (new commune) located in the [[Dordogne]] department in the [[Nouvelle-Aquitaine]] region of southwestern [[France]].

History

The commune of Le Brouilh-Monbert was officially established on 1 January 2017. Its formation resulted from the merger of two former communes: [[Le Brouilh]] and [[Monbert]]. This administrative restructuring, common in France to optimize local governance, consolidated the two distinct entities into a single, larger commune. The administrative centre (chef-lieu) of Le Brouilh-Monbert is situated in the territory of the former commune of Le Brouilh.
