Lawrence Rudner

Biography and Career

Rudner earned his Ph.D. in Psychometrics and Educational Measurement. His career spans significant roles in prominent educational testing organizations. He worked at the [[Educational Testing Service]] (ETS), a leading organization in educational assessment.

Later, he joined the [[Graduate Management Admission Council]] (GMAC), where he served as the Chief Psychometrician and subsequently as Vice President of Research and Development. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in the psychometric development, research, and integrity of the [[Graduate Management Admission Test]] (GMAT) and other GMAC assessment products.

After his tenure at GMAC, Rudner established Rudner Consulting, where he continues to provide expertise in psychometrics, assessment design, and evaluation to various educational and professional organizations.
