Langvatnet (Ballangen) is a lake located in the municipality of Narvik (formerly Ballangen until 2020), in Nordland county, Norway. It is situated east of the village of Ballangen. Langvatnet serves as a reservoir for hydroelectric power production. The lake has a relatively long and narrow shape, typical of fjord lakes in the region. It is surrounded by mountainous terrain. The primary outflow from Langvatnet is connected to the power generation system.
