Lancaster is a city in Kittson County, Minnesota, United States. It is located in the northwestern part of the state, near the Canada–United States border. According to the 2020 United States Census, Lancaster had a population of 213 residents.

History
Lancaster was platted in 1887 concurrent with the extension of the St. Paul, Minneapolis & Manitoba Railway (later the Great Northern Railway). The city was named after Lancaster, Pennsylvania, reflecting the origin of several early settlers. A post office has been in operation in Lancaster since 1889.
