Lajoskomárom (German: Loischkomorn) is a village in Fejér County, Hungary, located in the Enying District. As of 2022, it had a population of approximately 2,019 residents.

History
The village was settled by the aristocratic Batthyány family in 1802, making it one of Hungary's youngest settlements. Its name derives from its founder, Lajos Batthyány, combined with the name of the neighboring village Mezőkomárom, to which the area originally belonged.
The early settlers comprised three ethnic groups: Germans (Danube Swabians, predominantly Lutheran with a Catholic minority), Hungarians (belonging to Catholic, Lutheran, and Calvinist denominations), and Slovaks (uniformly Lutheran). The German settlers came not directly from abroad but from areas already settled by ethnic Germans within modern-day Hungary, notably Pusztavám and Tolna county. The Slovaks mostly originated from Oroszlány.
The three church towers depicted in the village's coat of arms symbolize the three denominations historically and currently present in the community.
Modern Era
In 2018, Lajoskomárom earned a silver qualification in the European Entente Florale (Europe's competition for flowering cities and villages). The village maintains a twin-town relationship with Haag in Bavaria, Germany, and has regular cultural exchanges with groups from the Nuremberg area and Plochingen.
Landmarks and Attractions
The area features five fishing lakes and is noted for its floral displays. The village is also home to the Páskom Cottage, a local accommodation facility.
