Koti is a small settlement in the City Municipality of Novo Mesto in southeastern Slovenia. It is part of the traditional region of Lower Carniola (Slovene: Dolenjska) and is included in the Southeast Slovenia Statistical Region.

Koti lies in the hilly terrain north‑west of the urban centre of Novo Mesto. The settlement is situated at an elevation of approximately 210 metres (689 ft) above sea level. It covers an area of about 0.5 km² (0.19 sq mi).
