Konstantin Valeryevich Olenev (Russian: Константин Валерьевич Оленёв; born 11 September 1961) is a Russian professional football coach and former player. He currently serves as an assistant coach with FC Dynamo Kirov.

Playing Career Olenev began his senior career in 1979, debuting in the Soviet Second League for FC Druzhba Yoshkar-Ola. Over his playing career, which spanned from 1979 to 2004, he played for several clubs, including FC Dynamo Kirov (1982–1984), FC Sokol Saratov (1985–1986, 1992–1998), FC Start Ulyanovsk (1987, 1988–1991), FC Kuban Krasnodar (1988), FC Volga Ulyanovsk (1999–2003), and FC Lukoil Chelyabinsk (2004).
Managerial Career After retiring as a player, Olenev transitioned into coaching. He managed FC Dynamo Kirov from 2005 to 2008 and again from 2016 to 2017, and managed FC Sokol Saratov from 2008 to 2009. He also served as an assistant coach at FC Dynamo Kirov from 2011 to 2016 and returned to that role in 2023.
