Koki Ando

Koki Ando (安藤 宏基, Andō Kōki, born March 5, 1948, died December 13, 2021) was a Japanese businessman and the second president and CEO of Nissin Food Products Co., Ltd., the company that invented instant ramen noodles. He succeeded his father, Momofuku Ando, the founder of Nissin, in these roles.

Ando played a significant role in expanding Nissin's global presence and introducing new product lines. He is credited with strengthening the company's brand image and overseeing innovations in instant noodle technology and packaging. Under his leadership, Nissin continued to be a dominant player in the instant food market, both in Japan and internationally.

Prior to becoming president and CEO, Ando held various positions within Nissin, gaining experience in different aspects of the business. He was known for his commitment to quality and innovation, following in the footsteps of his father. His contributions helped solidify Nissin's position as a leading food manufacturer and a cultural icon associated with instant noodles.

Following his tenure as president and CEO, Ando served as Chairman of Nissin Foods Holdings Co., Ltd.
