Kira Buckland

Kira Buckland (born April 16, 1987) is an American voice actress, ADR (Automated Dialogue Replacement) director, and writer. She is noted for her work in English-language dubs of Japanese anime, as well as for providing voices in Western animation, video games, and web series.

Early life and education
Buckland was born in Texas, United States. She pursued voice acting training at the International Academy of Voice Acting and the Voiceover Training Academy, and later obtained a degree in theater arts from the University of Texas at Austin.

Career
Buckland began her professional voice‑over career in the mid‑2000s, initially working on independent projects and fan‑dub productions. She gained recognition after joining the cast of the English dub for the anime series Gurren Lagann (2009) as Yoko Littner.
