Kham Kaeo (Thai: คำแก้ว) is a sub-district (tambon) in So Phisai District, Bueng Kan Province, northeastern Thailand. As of 2010, it had a population of 9,576 people, with jurisdiction over 13 villages. Its postal code is 38170, and its TIS 1099 code is 380304.
The sub-district is located in the Isan (northeastern) region of Thailand, an area known for its agricultural economy and rural communities. Bueng Kan Province, where Kham Kaeo is situated, was established in 2011 as Thailand's 76th province, having previously been part of Nong Khai Province.
