Khaleqabad, Ravar
Khaleqabad (Persian: خالق اباد, also Romanized as Khāleqābād) is a village in Ravar Rural District, in the Central District of Ravar County, Kerman Province, Iran.Demographics
According to the 2006 census, its population was 133 people, in 38 families. As of the 2016 census, the population of Khaleqabad was 153 people, residing in 49 families.Geography
Khaleqabad is situated within Ravar County, which is located in the northern part of Kerman Province. Kerman Province itself is a large province in southeastern Iran, characterized by diverse geography including deserts, mountains, and plains. The area around Ravar generally experiences an arid to semi-arid climate, featuring hot summers and cold, dry winters. Agriculture is a primary economic activity in many of these rural villages, often supported by traditional irrigation methods such as qanats, or by modern deep wells.Administration
