Katherine Sauerbrey (born 5 May 1997) is a German cross-country skier who represented Germany at the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, where she won a silver medal in the women's 4 × 5 kilometre relay.

Career
Sauerbrey made her World Cup debut in 2021. Her greatest achievement to date is winning a silver medal in the women's 4 × 5 km relay at the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing. She has also competed at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships, with her best individual result being a 16th-place finish in the 10 km individual event at the 2025 World Championships.
