Karnaprayag Assembly constituency (also known as Karnaprayag Legislative Assembly constituency) is one of the 70 assembly constituencies in the state of Uttarakhand, India. It is located in Chamoli district and forms part of the Garhwal Lok Sabha constituency. The constituency is numbered as constituency No. 6 for the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly and does not have any reservation for Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes.
