K. K. Desai

Kanhaiyalal K. Desai (November 24, 1906 – December 16, 1969) was a prominent Indian jurist who served as a judge of the High Court of Bombay and later the High Court of Gujarat. He also held the position of acting Chief Justice of the Gujarat High Court.

Early Life and Education: Born on November 24, 1906, K. K. Desai pursued his legal education and became a Barrister-at-Law. He was called to the Bar on January 26, 1929.

Legal Career: Desai began his legal practice and quickly gained recognition. His distinguished career in law led to his appointment as a judge.
