Juan Huerta Montero (21 February 1964 – 3 September 2010) was a Mexican politician affiliated with the National Action Party (PAN). He served as a federal deputy in the Chamber of Deputies of the Mexican Congress, representing Guanajuato's 1st district during the LXI Legislature (2009–2012).
Born in San Luis de la Paz, Guanajuato, Huerta Montero studied civil engineering. He entered politics as a member of the PAN and was elected to the Chamber of Deputies for the 61st session of Congress, taking office in 2009.
On 3 September 2010, Huerta Montero and fellow deputy Guillermo Zavaleta Rojas died in a plane crash near Bahías de Huatulco International Airport in Oaxaca, Mexico. He was 46 years old. Following his death, his alternate (suplente), Aránzazu Quintana Padilla, replaced him in Congress for the remainder of the legislative term.
