Juan Cotumba (born January 21, 1980) is a Bolivian professional road racing cyclist. He is recognized primarily for his achievements in South American cycling competitions, particularly within his home country.
Cotumba's most significant career milestone occurred in 2011, when he won the general classification of the Vuelta a Bolivia. At the time, the race was a prominent fixture on the UCI America Tour, an international circuit organized by the Union Cycliste Internationale. His victory in this event established him as one of the leading figures in Bolivian cycling during that period.
In addition to his success in Bolivia, Cotumba won the Vuelta a Chiapas in Mexico in 2014. Throughout his career, he has competed for several regional and continental teams, most notably the Pío Rico cycling team.
