Joyce Giraud (born May 22, 1975) is a Puerto Rican actress, model, and former beauty pageant titleholder. She earned the title of Miss Puerto Rico Universe 1994 and represented Puerto Rico at the Miss Universe 1994 competition, where she placed in the semifinals.
