Jose C. Abriol

Jose C. Abriol (born 1918, died 2003) was a Filipino Catholic priest and theologian. He is best known for his Tagalog translations of the Bible. His work, published by the Philippine Bible Society, played a significant role in making the scriptures more accessible to Tagalog speakers. Abriol also authored several books and articles on biblical studies and theology, contributing to religious discourse within the Philippines.
