José Manuel Lasa (born 6 March 1944) is a Spanish former professional road cyclist. He was born in Oiartzun, Gipuzkoa, in the Basque Country of Spain. Lasa competed internationally during the 1960s and early 1970s, representing Spain in the men's team time‑trial event at the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo.
