Jorge Perugorría (born 13 July 1965) is a Cuban actor, film director, and producer. He is internationally recognized for his work in both Cuban cinema and international productions, and is considered one of the leading figures of contemporary Cuban performing arts.

Perugorría was born in Havana, Cuba. He studied acting at the Instituto Superior de Arte (ISA) in Havana, graduating in the late 1980s. His early theatre involvement included work with the National Art School and various independent theatre groups.
