Jonathan Mensah (born January 19, 1990) is a Ghanaian professional footballer who plays as a central defender. He has represented the Ghana national football team in international competitions, including the FIFA World Cup and the Africa Cup of Nations. Mensah began his professional career in Ghana with Ashanti Gold SC before moving to Europe, where he played for clubs such as Udinese Calcio in Italy and Sochaux in France. He later joined Major League Soccer (MLS) in the United States, playing for the New England Revolution.
