Johnathan Sullivan

Johnathan Sullivan (born June 6, 1981) is an American former professional football player who played as a defensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL). Born in Valdosta, Georgia, he attended the University of Georgia, where he was a member of the Georgia Bulldogs football team and earned All‑SEC honors for his defensive performance.

Sullivan entered the NFL when the New Orleans Saints selected him in the first round (11th overall) of the 2005 NFL Draft. During his rookie season, he appeared in 12 games, recording 13 total tackles. Injuries and off‑field issues limited his playing time in subsequent seasons, and he was released by the Saints after the 2007 season. He later signed short‑term contracts with the Philadelphia Eagles and the Cincinnati Bengals but did not appear in regular‑season games for those teams.

After retiring from professional football, Sullivan has maintained a low public profile. Limited information is available regarding his post‑NFL activities.
