John O'Grady (American football)

John William O'Grady (May 19, 1898 – November 21, 1963) was an American professional football player who primarily played as a tackle in the National Football League (NFL) during the 1920s.

O'Grady's professional career included stints with multiple teams:

  • Frankford Yellow Jackets: He was a member of the Yellow Jackets team that won the 1926 NFL Championship, a notable achievement in early NFL history.
