Joel Marangella (born 29 January 1974) is an Australian former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He is best known for his career in the National Soccer League (NSL), Australia's top-tier football competition before the establishment of the A-League, particularly for his time with the Brisbane Strikers, with whom he won an NSL championship.

- Brisbane Strikers (1995–1998): Marangella joined the Brisbane Strikers, where he became a prominent figure. His most significant achievement came during the 1996–97 NSL season when he was the starting goalkeeper for the Strikers team that won the NSL Grand Final. This marked a historic moment for the club, securing their first and only national championship. His performances during this period were crucial to their success.
- Sydney United (1998–2000): Following his successful stint with Brisbane, Marangella moved to Sydney United, another established NSL club. He continued to be a consistent performer, contributing to the team's campaigns.
- Newcastle Breakers (2000–2001): He later played for the Newcastle Breakers during the final seasons of the club's existence in the NSL.
- Northern Spirit (2001–2002): Marangella moved to Northern Spirit, where he spent a season, continuing to add experience to his career.
