Joel Michael Adamson (born January 3 1971) is an American former professional baseball pitcher. He appeared in Major League Baseball (MLB) as a left-handed relief pitcher for the Seattle Mariners during the 1998 season.

Adamson was born in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended St. Louis University High School and later played collegiate baseball at the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
