Jharna Hasan

Jharna Hasan (born 1 January 1971) is a Bangladeshi politician affiliated with the Bangladesh Awami League. She served as a member of the Jatiya Sangsad (the national parliament of Bangladesh) from a women's reserved seat representing Faridpur District.

Political Career

Hasan was elected to the 12th Jatiya Sangsad for Reserved women's seat-36, taking office on 28 February 2024. She succeeded Dorothy Rahman in this position. Her tenure ended on 6 August 2024.
