Jessica "Jess" Park (born 21 October 2001) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward or winger for Manchester City in the Women's Super League (WSL) and for the England national team.
Early Life and Youth Career Born in Goole, East Riding of Yorkshire, Park began her football journey at an early age. She joined the Manchester City Centre of Excellence at the age of 14, progressing through their youth ranks.
Club Career
- Manchester City (2017–present): Park made her senior debut for Manchester City on 6 December 2017, coming on as a substitute in a UEFA Women's Champions League match against LSK Kvinner. She signed her first professional contract with the club in 2019. Initially used primarily as a substitute or in cup competitions, Park gradually increased her involvement with the first team. She has featured in the FA Women's Super League, FA Women's Cup, FA Women's League Cup, and UEFA Women's Champions League.
- Everton (loan, 2022–2023): For the 2022–23 season, Park joined fellow WSL side Everton on a season-long loan to gain more regular first-team experience. During her time at Everton, she became a key player, making a significant impact with her pace and attacking contributions.
International Career Park has represented England at various youth levels, including the Under-17, Under-19, and Under-23 teams.
She received her first call-up to the senior England national team in October 2022. Park made her senior international debut for England on 11 November 2022, scoring within 79 seconds of coming on as a substitute against Japan in a friendly match. She has since continued to be a part of the Lionesses squad, contributing to their attacking options.
