Jeanine Moussier (later known as Jeanine Journeaux; 8 April 1930 – 22 April 2024) was a French sprinter who represented France in the 1948 Summer Olympics.

Moussier was born on 8 April 1930 in Lyon, France.
Athletic career
Specialising in short‑distance sprint events, Moussier won the French national championship in the 100 metres in 1948, which secured her selection for the French Olympic team. At the 1948 Summer Olympics in London, she competed in the women's 100 metres and was a member of the French 4 × 100 metres relay squad.
Later life and death
Following her athletic career, Moussier married and took the surname Journeaux. She lived in France until her death on 22 April 2024 in Saint‑Raphaël, at the age of 94.
Legacy
Moussier is remembered as part of the post‑World War II generation of French female athletes who competed at the highest international level, contributing to the development of women's sprinting in France.
