Jean-Yves Le Bouillonnec (born August 14, 1950) is a French politician and lawyer who served as a member of the National Assembly and as a long-term local official. He is a member of the Socialist Party (Parti socialiste).
Le Bouillonnec held the office of Mayor of Cachan, a commune in the southern suburbs of Paris, from 1998 to 2018. He resigned from the mayoralty in 2018, succeeded by Hélène de Comarmond, but remained involved in local governance as a municipal counselor.
On a national level, Le Bouillonnec represented the 11th constituency of the Val-de-Marne department in the National Assembly of France. He was first elected in the 2002 legislative election and subsequently won re-election in 2007 and 2012. During his tenure in parliament, he was a member of the Committee on Legal Affairs (Commission des lois). He was particularly active in legislative matters concerning housing, urban planning, and the institutional organization of the Grand Paris metropolitan area. He did not seek re-election in the 2017 legislative elections.
Outside of his political career, Le Bouillonnec practiced as a lawyer, specializing in law related to local authorities and public policy.
