Jason Kokrak (born March 16, 1985) is an American professional golfer who competes on the PGA Tour.
Early life and education
Kokrak was born in West Palm Beach, Florida. He attended the University of Georgia, where he played collegiate golf for the Georgia Bulldogs. He turned professional in 2008 after completing his college eligibility.
Professional career
Kokrak earned his PGA Tour card through the 2009 Qualifying School. Over his career he has achieved multiple top‑10 finishes on the PGA Tour and has been recognized for his strong ball‑striking ability.
His first PGA Tour victory came at the 2023 John Deere Classic, where he shot a final‑round 66 to secure a two‑stroke win. As of the end of the 2023 season, this remains his sole PGA Tour win.
Kokrak was selected as a captain’s pick for the United States team in the 2021 Ryder Cup, contributing to the American squad that competed at Whistling Straits in Wisconsin.
He has also participated in several World Golf Championships and has represented the United States in other international team events.
