Jan Mertl (born 2 April 1986) is a Czech former professional road cyclist. He competed professionally from 2005 to 2013, primarily with Austrian and Czech Continental teams.
Mertl's career highlights include winning the Czech U23 Road Race Championship in 2008. He also participated in various European races throughout his career.
